BannersforEvents.com is committed to offering competitive pricing. We are able to achieve our amazing prices due to our State of the Art print facility, high volume of products produced, along with our experienced staff.

Our prices are based on the choice of design options:

• Uploading your own print ready file
• Designing your layout using our online design tool
• Working with one of our graphic designers to create a custom banner

To get pricing on our banners, choose the dimensions on our full color banners page. If you need a banner size that isn't listed, round up to the nearest foot or call one of our customer service representatives at 1-866-419-SIGN.

Our standard finishing for all banners is hems and grommets. Other finishing options are available for an additional cost:

• Pole pockets
• Reinforced hems
• Reinforced corners

Shipping

Standard size banners will ship within two business days after approval of artwork and payment information is received.  High quantity orders, custom sized banners and fabric products may have longer production periods. You will be informed of the production time when you place your order.

Rush services are available. Some restrictions apply

• Same Day Production - approval cut off time is 11 am CST
• Next Day Production - approval cut off time is 1 pm CST

All packages are shipped using UPS. Shipping rates for the Continental United States are determined by the weight of the package and the destination. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders and over sized packages. We offer the following shipping methods:

• UPS Ground
• UPS 3 Day Select
• UPS 2nd Day Air
• UPS Overnight
• UPS Overnight AM

Design & Artwork

Upload Your File

If you are providing your own file, please see our Artwork Specification PDF. Once you provide us with your own file, our team will look over your file to confirm it is acceptable for printing. We will provide you with a proof to verify the artwork came through correctly.

Work with our Graphic Designers

We have a team of graphic designers / customer service representatives that can help you achieve the look that you want! All orders will receive proofs prior to order completion.

Quality & Materials

What material are your banners made of?

We produce all of our banners on 13 oz scrim vinyl. It has a semi gloss finish. We also have mesh banners, fabric banners and canvas banners that work well for events.

How are your banners finished?

Standard finishing options include hems and grommets. Our hems are heat welded to be extra strong. The grommets are placed every 2-4 feet around the banner perimeter depending on the size of your banner.

If you need extra support and stability, we offer reinforced hems and reinforced corners for an additional cost. Pole pockets or ropes are also available upon request.

Do you have any other materials available?

We also carry mesh, window perf, vinyl decals, static cling for windows, vinyl wall graphics, vinyl floor graphics, coroplast signs, magnets, paper posters, canvas and 3M Control Tac.

Banners for Events Ordering Process

You can design a custom banner using the online designer, upload your own file, or work with one of our graphic designers. Once you have approved your order and payments have been applied, your order is sent to production. Production time for banners is 2 business days. After the banner has been finished, it will be shipped using UPS. You can also do a rush service if you need your banner sooner, or you can expedite shipping.
